Lots containing 1 or more live insects, and/or 2 or more dead insects will be rejected.

Wheat delivered by rail, and purchased with Origin Official Class A Inspection Certificates (white copy), must show IDK counts on the certificate.

Wheat not of sound milling quality because of various factors such as, but not limited to, smutty, heat damage exceeding 0.3 %, light musty, sour, treated, sick, adulterated, excess chewed kernels, hidden insect infestation, distinct garlic odor, distinctly low quality or contaminated is not acceptable for milling wheat and is subject to rejection.

Wheat containing traces of Ethylene Dibromide (EDB), or Carbon Tetrachloride (CCl4), or any other pesticides banned by State and/or Federal Regulatory Agencies will be rejected. We request that oil dust suppressant treatment not be used on wheat delivered to Midstate Mills, Inc.

Seller guarantees that wheat supplied will pass a Pure Food and Drug Inspection, to include the FDA Advisory for Vomitoxin, which is a maximum of 2.0 parts per million. Until unloaded, title remains with the Seller, and will not apply.

Wheat delivered to Midstate Mills, Inc. should have a Falling Number result greater than 250 seconds.

Midstate Mills, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this Discount and Premium Schedule without notice.
